The News of Guj and Haryana/punjab high Court verdict is not in the news in any Biz Newspaper NOR in the normal news paper.
IS IT A HOAX.
Appears to be a fake as the fake notice of CBDT.

Mumbai HC rules If CBDT don’t respond to instruction of other High Courts by tomorrow[30/9/2015], than they will hear it tomorrow i.e. on 30.09.2015 at 03.00 PM. HALF AN HOUR LEFT

Court order has to be complied with by CBDT,Finance minister,Prime Minister and every citizen of India mandatorily unless and until it is stayed by uper court.
CBDT will issue notification on 30.09.2015 by evening.

HC only directed to CBDT to extend the date to 31.10.2015.
But CBDT has not been yet made their point of view in this regard.
Most probably, Press release will be out till today evening.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes, in compliance to the order of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court dated 28.09.2015 in case of Vishal Garg & Ors. vs- Union of India & Anr. , CWP 19770/2015 and in exercise of powers conferred under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (‘Act’), hereby orders that the returns of income due to be -Flied by 30th September, 2015 may be filed by 31st October, 2015 in cases of Income-tax assessees of the State(s) of Punjab and Haryana and Union Territory of Chandigarh.

Orissa High Court has also followed the Judgments of Gujarat and Punjab & Haryana High Court and instructed CBDT to extend due date to 31.10.2015.
