Hey can anybody tell me that like in India, for residents of Dubai, global income is taxable or not?

Dear Mayuresh,
I am not really sure about this question. But Dubai has already been into Double Taxation
Avoidance Agreement with 45 different nations which gives a hint that global income is taxable in Dubai....
This is my personal opinion, please wait for the Expert opinion.
