This has to be clarified by the Institute..., there may be chance that Institute may ask about DTC in may 2011 Exam.., or may not be...
Most probable, the chances are nil for coming about it in May or Nov 2011...
Ask at Institute helpline.....

The financial year has already started and even the 1st quarter is complete. There is no possibility that the DTC is implemented for our exam as the Govt specifies what is applicable for the financial months before the said financial starts and not in between. Hope this clarifies your situation
Cheers.

please dont spread the rumours and understand the process first
the DTC is just passed in cabinet
now it will be accepted in parliament
then The Finance minister will present it along with the finance bill 2011
then around july 2011 it will be passed
now when it will be passed the next year may 2012 it shall be applicalbe
mere passing the DTC in cabinet and Parliament does not mean it is applicable in the indian context of taxation
it will when will be officially brought by FM in official gazette along with the Finance bill 2011
