I am working in a Pharmaceutical company EOU unit, The manufacturing to be started this month end. First we have manufacture for the product to DTA Sale. Kindly send the Excise Duty Structure for DTA Sale with example.

Duty Structure will be
Assesable Value+
1. BCD @ 10% or 7.5%
2. CVD @ 10%
3. E. cess @ 3% on CVD
4. Sub-total (1+2+3)
5. SAD @ 4% on (AV+4)
6. Subtotal (4+5)
7. Custom Cess on (6) @ 3%
6. Sub-total (AV+6+7)
7. E.cess on (6) @ 3%
You can avail exmption upto 50% of BCD by taking Advance DTA sale permission
