Hello Neeti,
Even im confused with the same question as im accustomed with Manoharan since IPCC and now every one is suggesting VG's modules.
I have no idea how Manoharan's book is since it is still not out in market. I have checked on VG and i think it fits to the standards and easy to understand

go for VG Modules..its the best.. if u cant study all the modules... Refer Summary module for topics u missed out..
I got 60 in DT CA Final May, 2012... and I referred VG modules.. I also took his coaching.. but with Vg modules u can manage without coaching.
All the Best

T.N Manoharan book is easy to prepare, T.N manoharan book and supplementary study paper and recent case laws are sufficient to get good marks.
