Hi Sir My client wants to make payment to Dubai,UAE for material handling charges.So There is no provision in DTAA about technical services. (see DTAA with UAE) So wat TDS rate is applicable here????

I think that in case there is no rate mentioned in DTAA the rate 10% as mentioned in sec 195 will apply......
