Search in any good book store, you will get it otherwise use online option from VG sir's site.

Abhinash, Just wait for another 10 days or fortnight, the summary module should be available at Ganesh Book Bureau.

Thanks abhinav but as per satish suggestion today i spoke to Ganesh book bureau and he replied that the book would be available by next week.
