mr rajesh annual premimum is not more than 20% of sum assured so exempt u/s 10(10D)
mr brijesh can not enjoy this benefit as his premium is more than 10% of sum assured bcz policy issued on or after 01.04.2012
so tds @ 5% (Amendment w.e.f sep 2019) on balance sum of maturity recd after deducting total premimum paid rs.16,000
