Director is resigning and needs to submit the details in DIR 11 to the ROC. But he don't know the details filled during the application of DIN. While registering his DSC on ROC, we don't the his mother maiden name. When we use his mother name as on records, it shows details not matched with the details provided at the time of DIN application. My Queries are: 1. Can we file resignation without of Director without registering his DSC on Mca site. 2. How can we know his mother maiden name, filled at the time of DIN application. Please help,

Raise a ticket with MCA Helpdek by clearley stating that you are not able to register digital signature of Director having DIN No. with MCA site as mothers maiden name available as per our records are not matching with those available in MCA site. MCA Helpdesk will resolve this issue within 2-3 days and they will give a confirmation acknowledging the complaint by e mail in this regard. Screenshorts of error message being displayed may also be provided at the time of raising the ticket with MCA Helpdesk which will help the speedy resolution of the problem . Once you received the same , you can register the DSC and file the e forms

As far as I know, in no way MCA system is going to know about Mother's details of any person. the error, which is coming, is not becasue error in name of Mother but because of other details.

In mother's maidan name, I always write 'Mrs. _____' ' Mom' 'Mother' etc. MCA system never verifies mother's maidan name.

The error is because incorrectness of other details. Kindly ensure you are filling up correct details. Alternatively, in DIR-12, after clicking on prefill, you will get the details of particular director. Based on this details, try registering a DSC. I am sure, this will help.
