DSC issue

Sir whenever I am going to submit 3B with DSC It is giving an error.... " failed to connect to the server please restart em signer" what can I do now.

uninstall emsigner and fresh install and try it

you have to change port from 1585 to 1685 using CMD command after that restart emsigner service after that type this address in browser address Http://127.0.0.1:1585 then I will get a message after that click advanced after that proceed to safety then close login again
