DSC- Not necessary- depends upon rules of different certifying authorities
DIN- DIN -1 has to be filled online and then print out is taken. Preferable to take the print in Black ink. DIN-2 can be filled in any ink.
PAN and TAN- Yes. You need to fill them in black ink.
