Dsc and new forms issued by mca

Dear friends,

MCA has issued new forms on this Sunday. I am trying to upload form PAS-3 (latest version).

But while certifying the form, the signature is not getting detected. 

I have made complaint of the same with MCA.

If anybody knows the solution to this issue, plese help.
