the papers of Doctor mentions it as High Risk Autism Sepectrum Disorder.
can such expenses be claimed undsr 80dd??

Yes. 80DD can be claimed since autism is covered under section 80DD

The disabilities which qualify for tax benefits under Section 80DD of the Income Tax Act include blindness, loco motor disability, low vision, mental illness, mental retardation, leprosy-cured, hearing impairment, cerebral palsy and autism.

I didn't want to be winner, but your stomach burnt because you was winner upto 24 weeks and when someone else is on leaderboard, you are playing cheap games.
