What we can do if drop down box doesn't work properly in MS-Excel?
First they worked properly in a form but now these drop down boxes are not working in same form, i.e. these boxes are not opened now.
Please reply to this as soon as possible.

This files having some macros and add ins. so you should have to proper setting of it. If you using Microsoft Excel 7 Then,
- Click on Microsoft Office button (Upper to Home Menu)
- Go to Excel options
- Click on Trust center option, Trust Center options will open
- Click on Command Button Naming " Trust Center Settings"
- Trust Center Settings Window will open
- Go to Active X Settings, Click on the option button of Enable all controls without restrictions and without prompting
- Go to Macro Setting option, Click on Option button of Enable all Macros. - Click on Ok Button. Save file, and Restart the same and test the drop down box working properly or not. If your file is in Microsoft Ofice 2003 then tell me, I will tell you this setting.

This process is still not working even in MS-Excel 2007. I am attaching a file, which includes certain drop down boxes, can you help me to modify them, so that they will work properly and if in can it successfully works, then please also explain the procedure how you do that so that i can also be able to the same in certaion other files too..

it seems the source data is lost.
so to use the drop down list > prepare the list of answers (options) for each box.
> go to data validation tab on data then select list
> then provide the source data ( list of options)

This is not separate file. Data of this combo box in another sheet. You are using only 3CD Form sheet. but the combo box data source is in Tax audit Report form 3CA, 3CB,3CD.xls file and VETSFARMA 2012.xls file. So you should have work in this sources file.
Or follow the way
- Type data for every combo box separately anywhere on same sheet.
- Click on the row which having combo
- Go to Data Tab, Click on Data Validation
- Go to Setting Tab
-Click on Sorce Setting
- Select the concern data for combo
- Click ok button. save file and take test.
But you should must to do above setting for every combo. Because i have been added only first combo data in the file. and if you doesnt want to typed data of combo on print page, then select the all data and change its font colour as white. I am attaching the same file with solved query.
