Driver allowance as a part of ctc

Dear Experts, We are already having many tax free components as a part of salary, say HRA, medical, conveyance, prof development, books, mobile etc, now to give more benefits i want to introduce driver allowance Rs. 900 Pm, it is exempted right?? Moreover is there any allowance which can be part of exempted allowance that can be still introduce to reduce salary
