i drink coffee as much as i can. say 8-12 times a day.
because coffee is an energy booster.
But i think tea should be restricted for a max of 3 times a day. otherwise, it will create problems at the later stage of our life.

Tea contains substances-substances that is useful, such as Polifenol (function as antioxidants), Vitamin E (to maintain heart health and make a smooth skin), Vitamin C (as immunity and antioxidants), Vitamin A (necessary for normal reproductive function, growth and vision ), etc..

Highly dangerous.....It depends on time in which you drink tea...Drawbacks...Dark complextion, acidity, effect on daily diet(if you drink more tea you will eat less food.) so due to lack of protins, vitamins many problems can emerge.you can also confirm this from your family doctor.

Hello all,
In my childhood we have been teach that Tea has "Tenin" & "Caffine" which are harmful, Coffee has also "Caffine" so it is also harmful, When i am working a "Research" produced that "Coffee is one of the element for Heart attack and by this century (20th) people will stop drinking coffee", now a one more "research revailed that Tea has anty Oxident and it is useful". All these type "NEWS" are confusing us,
as per my personal experiance (I drink 6 time TEA and also some time Coffee ) they are usefull keep us mently ready at any time. I am in 52nd Year of my Life and I am Healthy too. Yes, when I become Sick, mostly I depends on Ayurvedic medicine and treatment.
In short it is Your Body who always Tells you that whatever you eat, drink are suitable or not, hence try to listen and go accordingly.
Pls note This is my personal views.

Hi,
I would suggest switching to Green Tea. People usually dont like Green tea so u can try the flavoured green tea. Like green tea and Mint or Green tea and lavender. It work wonders .I infact read somehwere that having green tea is even better than having plain water. I just started having it recently and am hooked to it now. It infact even increases the metabolism rate of the body and is great for your hair and skin. There are no known side effects of green tea.
Cheers :-)
