They should not bann it completely... Even, i dnt have such compulsion for dress codes at my office, but i wish i wud have.. Coz that really makes us feel honoured even....

Neah, friends... I agree with all of u...
But, atleast one day, we should be allowed wid our regular casuals..., like on saturdays and all...
Wo, school me hota tha na, on wednesdays, we were allowed to wear the casuals and not the uniforms....
Just one day...

There has to be a dress code.. only then the professionalism will reflect and the atmosphere will be there.. in my office we are compulsorily required to wear ties and full shirts.. it brings uniformity..thats my view

dress code should be there and one day should be casuals. mostly in companies mon-fri is formal and sat is casual.

Dress code to some extend is needed but as one of you had told on one day in a week the articles should be allowed to wear casuals....

this is true when you become a professional..i mean wen u are working as a chartered a/ctant,no doubt u shud wear formals..but as far as articles are concerned we are students rite now, so we shuld not be made to follow such rules....rite????

Correct priyanka...
But, we are CA students.. We shd have such formals... Coz, it signifies us and our respect for our coarse... And as i said, when we were students in school, we had uniforms.. in a similar way, we have now formals...
And, i really wish that as a CA too, v shd have some dress code like DOCTORS, LAWYERS, etc have....
