DRC 03 URGENT QUERY.......

A Ltd want to reverse the excess IGST ITC claimed (ie, by mistake in March 2020 GSTR 3B) by filling DRC-03 in November 2021 . But while filling DRC-03, when Tax type is selected, GST Portal asks for Place of Supply State. What to do? It is Mandatory coloumn, but actual there is no place of supply for such Excess taken by mistake, urgent issue
