1.ABC Ltd claimed Rs.600000 GST input by mistake in FY 2019-20 but not reversed, if reversed through November 2021 GSTR 3B? Is any problem?
2.if it is reversed through DRC 03, what is the place of supply? Because in case of excess claim of GST input by mistake, there is no place of supply? But it is mandatory to show place of supply in DRC 03? what to do?
If caught has to pay Interest along with penalty. Very expensive. It is better to reverse the same through DRC-03 by own ascertainment.
In the said DRC 03 place of supply is registered state of ABC Ltd.
