DRC 03 application

There was some liability found in Annual return. Once I prepared DRC 03. I didn't get ARN no. , now it was waived off from GST PORTAL. I paid the liability also. Now I have to make the new application na ?

check you liability register whether liability has been setoff ..by DRC 03

in Annual return now allso Tax difference (payable and paid ) is there
