Draft resolution for authorizing cs or director to file form

“RESOLVED THAT [Name of the person(s) authorized] be and are hereby severally authorized to sign and file various forms/returns and other documents as and when required to be filed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies,[concerned state] and Ministry of Corporate Affairs and to do all such acts, deeds, matters and things as may be required in this regard.”
