please help me draft a resolution passed at a board meeting, authorising a director of the company to be sent abroad for the purpose of transacting import and export matters. thank u

resolution contains thediscussion and decision taken in the meeting of board. so just think simply and pass. in this case there is no applicability of law nor you need to submit to any authority
