Does DPT -4 reuire to file with ROC for following:
1. if loan from directors exist on 01/04/2014

Hi,
Loans from directors are excluded from the purview of deposits if the directors furnishes to the company at the time of giving the money, a declaration in writing to the effect that the amount is not being given out of funds acquired by him by borrowing or accepting loans or deposits from others...if this is the case, there is no need to file DPT4.....
