Dpt 4 & auditor

As per acceptance of deposit rules, dpt 4 form, we have to attach auditors certificate. 

If the company is new (came into existence before new co's act - 2013) and auditor is not yet appointed, how to attach auditors certificate?

whether CA certificate can be attached??

First, appoint an auditor within 30 days from date of registration of company in a Board meeting. In case of such failure, call an EGM and first appoint auditors.
