DPT-3 FORM under unaudited account
Private company incorporated in Augest 2020. The company had taken loan from Directors which is outstanding till 31.3.2021. Balance sheet still to be Audited. whether DPT 3 to be filed , if yes how I e what figures to be given under Audited details.. If No then please give reasons.

Form DPT 3 is not required to be filed bcz the form wil ask the details of previous financial year...
