Dpt -3 auditors certificate

Is it compulsory to attach Auditors Certificate for one time DPT -3 return if Company has not taken any deposits from anyone.

I heard that MCA in its webminar has specifically stated that for 1 &3 No. option no Auditor Certificate is reuired.

Please confirm.

Though it is not mandatory but they have advised to enclose the certificate even if the deposit is nil otherwise they can send query to you
