The given link based on the old GST portal, presently no more options except following:

Auto Drafted details (For view only)
GSTR2A
VIEW
DOWNLOAD
Monthly Return
GSTR3B
Status- Filed
VIEW GSTR3B
PREPARE OFFLINE
Please advise accordingly.
