i working in Hotel Industry in Guntur,
i request you kindly clarify my doubt, for the purpose of Luxury Tax Service Tax has ot be included from the taxable value
01. shall we deducted any Service tax from Luxury Tax
02 shall we deducted any Luxury Tax from Service Tax

For the purpose of service tax luxury tax has to be excluded from the taxable value.

Hi,
Thank for the file but... My HRA is 6750pm & Will pay rent 4000 for Approx 5 month when I put this details My taxable HRA is showing 81,460/- while My Actual HRA is 81,000/- it is increased by 460.
