Do they give some marks for Working notes and some right posting in the Cash Flow but wrong answer???

yes ankit.
Working notes matters a lot.
You'll be awarded marks for it.
Each treatrment ,step, and posting carries a mark
It's not like you'll be awrded full 16 marks if u're right and no marks if you go wrong.
