Doubt- tuition fees 80c dedcuction
Hi. Is payment of admission in engineering college by parent eligible for deduction under 80C- Tuition Fees? If Payment is made by demand draft, will receipt be required to avail deduction?

hi. its is eligible if the college is situated in India. moreover the fees should be for the course (tuition) and not be in nature of donation. Yes, tuition fee receipt is required.
Fee for appearing in examination is also eligible for deduction?
since only fees in nature of development/ donation are disallowed, you can claim exam fees.
