Doubt regarding exemption

Friends i have got exemption in law in last term..now i got exemtion in mafa in same group...As per the rule i know that i cant claim both exemptions, but i want to keep my mafa exemption n give up law exemption.

Can anyone tell the process or say if this is possible

You cant take mafa exemption by giving up law.

You can not take mafa exemption. There is no such procedures to alter exemption.

Aditya, first understand by scoring 60 and above marks in a particular paper, will not entitle you to avail exemption as you have already had an existing exemption. An exemption can be availed only once in a particular term and it shall be valid for next three successive attempts. This implies securing any score in excess of 60, will not be available for subsequent attempts, till your existing exemption lapses. In conclusion, there is no concept of swapping exemptioi in CA.
