Can any one tell me the actual concept behind this rule.
Topic : Income for Salaries - House Rent Allowance
If there is change in any factor (salary, rent paid etc) during the previous year.
Why HRA should be separately calculated till the next change while it can be calculated together for that period.
If there is a change in any factor it implies a change in HRA too...simple as that
