I have a doubt in reverse charge mechanism in case of Gta under service tax
Suppose Freight Charges Rs 1000/- Charged by Transporter and Charged Service tax @ 12.36% i.e 123.6.
Total Bill of Rs 1123.60/-.
Now my question is that i will make payment to transporter Rs 1123.60/- or Rs 1000/- and Rs 123.60/- to government.
