Doubt in form 103

In the Articleship Registration Form there are 3 copies of Form 103. Are we required to fill all 3 copies? Please help.

Fill three copies of the same
One copy is for you, one for icai and last for your c.a may be. So do it carefully and your welcome in the world of professional now. All the best for your future. Enjoy.
