Doubt about itr- 1

if the assesse , salary as per income computation statement is less than 90% of the salary as per TDS statment .this is because the assesse is previously not claim deduction relating to HRA.Can any one explian me about this case.I Filed the return & it is refund case & is there any problem for refund . can any one suggested me about that

There will be no problem in the same. But the assessee must have valid proof of payment of rent to owner like rent receipt, bank statement, rent agreement (if any) etc, so that in future if income tax officer ask for the same then assess can provide the same.

Many times it happens that assess does not able to produce complete information to Company, in these cases at the time of Filing ITR assessee can consider those left informations.

At the time of filling of the return. it shows error ( i.e salary as per income Computation is 90% less than Salary as per Tds ). I am uanble to file the return due to this Error & I finally filed the return through online . i thought of revising the return by using java utility . i had an idea to change the salary component in tds statement by manually .is it correct
