i think negotaible is very conceptual one after that company a/c's,then the remaining business law part.

i havent study complete syllabus,i am just guessing! :)

Dear All, As per my knowledge in past 8 attempt very few marks question comes from negotiable act so in my opinion u have to focus more on company account and also the basic chapters of CPT 

It will surely help u 

It's better to study from munish bhandari book 

Probably company law first,then followed by contract act & other acts & negotiable instruments act at last.....

hope u can manage with ethics and communication.....

make list of sections and read thrice daily  if u have no list  reply me
