Total premium paid Rs.5,711/- would be consider for section 80D deduction.

... According To Section 80D An Individual/HUF Can Claim Exemption Only If :-
(1) Amount Should Be Paid In Any Mode Other Than Cash.
(2) It Should Be Incurred Out Of Income Chargeable To Tax.
(3) Amount Should Be Within Specified Limits I.e 15000 For Non Senior Resident.
.... If Given Case Fulfils all The 3 Conditions , It Must Be Exempted U/s 80D. Payment Of Service Tax And Stamp Duty Is Covered Under Condition 2 ,Incurred Out Of Income Chargeable To Tax.
