yes this is applicable for these employee also if employee should fullfill the condition of the g act .

But gratuity act says that the act is not applicable to state and central givt employees and electricity employees are state employees and central

sir u are write here that g act not applicable on state and c govt employee so where it is apply and tell me name of the state related issue 

Ah wat i know to my knwledge is Bsnl is govt company with max paid up share capital by central govt as it works centrally .so the employees in the bsnl cant be called central govt employees and the act is applicable to them.sir i wnt to knw some of examples state and central govt employees working departments
