Hi evrybody i'm gonna write PCE in june'09.My doubt is dat in advanced accounts examination if in a solution the balance sheet doesn't agree,then wat do u suggest me to do?Shall i write the same total on both the sides or write d different values on both the sides?Seniors pls suggest..

well, u shud not do that.
leave them as it is. cause the examiner is no fool. u get marks for ur steps , calculations, working notes. tallying of b/s is not the only thing.
u must be smart enough to deal with such situation.
Raghu i agree with San coz examiner is no fool.
examiner will not give you any marks by simply watching your balance sheet total.he gives the marks for your concept and each step and working notes done by you.
