Dear friends, can any body tell me when double VAT is charge on a product. I have seen pizza hut n some other food joints charging double VAT one @ 12.5% & other @ 20%.why it is so????

In delhi i hav seen pizza hut charging double vat...
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
