Double payment of igst through icegate portal against import of goods

Please help me regarding this matter

I have made payment of IGST on imports through Icegate portal and due to some technical error same payment against same Bill of entry no and same Challan No taken twice by icegate portal.

Now how can i claim the refund of excess payment made.

 

Please help.

Contact Customs department or your CHA to get it done...

Also, if it’s possible to prove, you may also take the double credit of IGST paid
