If a company has not filed any ROC Returns from the year 1990 and the current status is being shown as Dormant and the company wants to become active then apart from filing Form 61, whether all the returns since the year 1990 needs to be filed with ROC, and at that point of time returns were filed manually, so how can we report the same online now??

Hello,
Yes you need to file the return since 1990, and irrespective of old procedure you will file the forms electronically.
We have done so for one of our company.
