Can a. Company apply for dormant status. If its last return filled in 2015. Or pending return is required to filed.
If any one applied for dormant status of companies can please share the procedure.

Company must file all the statutory requirements and then apply for dormant status

No.. First file all the Returns. Then you can apply for dormant status.
