Please let me know the procedure to make a Company Active if its status on MCA Portal is Dormant.

Hi Preeti,
I am undergoin the process for the same..For that Form 61 will be filed once it gets approved , all the filing to be completed within 21 days.. then the status bkums active ..
If the filing not completed within 21 days then the status changes bak to dormant
