Sir/Madam
Company is providing a materials of Rs 20000.
After that the same company tells me to sell it at 16000 after discount.
Same process will go on but here the input remains continuously. I don't want to take this input then what I should do. please suggest me.

No you cannot take ITC , as you do not fall under Inverted Tax structure.
