A company have made certain donations which are disallowed as per Income Tax Act.
Where do we show the same in TAX Audit Report 3cd?

Dear Nand Kishor,
Inadmissible donations debited to Profit & Loss a/c are not required to be disclosed in Form 3CD.

You need to add back the inadmissbile donation while computing the income from business. Only donation to political party is to be shown under point 17 in Form 3CD. no seperate discloure is required by 3cd report for others.
