We have paid RS. 30000.00 to a CLUB (UNREGISTER IN GST) by Cheque for DURGA PUJA DONATION PURPOSE

Can RCM applicable for this above transaction . We Are Register Person in GST

But Sir Many WABSITE Said Donation is EXEMPTED under GST Law, Because Donation not cover any Purchase or Service.

IF RCM applicable then TAX rate & HNS/SAC Code said for this

No, GST is not leviable as it is not a supply

How to account the Above said amount in our books of accounts...?

If you are a CA then what is your exact treatment above said Donation..?

You ll be take it as Donation U/s 80G...?

Sir, what you said is correct. It is a disallowable expenditure & that too exemption is not available u/s 80G. What I said was, Since it was not a supply, GST is not leviable and there is no point of RCM. Correct me if I'm wrong and quoting of relevant provisions in that case is appreciable.
