can u tell, if any body really knows some thing about Dolphin Bank , UK .

Is it a registered bank as per the regulations of central bank in England(like RBI in India)

I hv also recd an offer letter with a very lucrative package but was unable to verify the same that was it fake or not. some told me yes it is there and some told me it is fake.......... Plz mail me if you have any info abt this...
