1) The Co, has purchased US $ for the purpose of foreign bussiness tour on 09/11/2009 (1500*48.5)

2) Above US $ given to MD of the Co. for making booking the tickets etc.

3) After tour,MD refunded US $ 1000,Rand 500,dirhams 225. Co. want do not want to sell this Currcency,it has  to maintain this Currcency for later purpose.

my quires is how i will pass the entry for the above transaction
