Does marks obtained in 2nd or 3rd attempt counts for ca job?

Hiii guys, I wanted to know whether ca final should be passed in the first attempt itself for good job?. I passed 1st grp with 245 marks in my 4th attempt & going to write 2nd grp in may 2016. I am confident that i score good marks. But i am in a dilemma whether marks will be looked upon for job or just no of attempts.
